Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Yohaku (accessible at https://yohaku-seo.com), operated by TKwriteworks Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Yohaku, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Yohaku is an AI-powered Japanese SEO article generation platform designed for overseas EC/D2C brands entering the Japanese market. The service provides:

  • Keyword research and analysis for the Japanese market
  • Competitor analysis of Japanese search results
  • AI-generated Japanese SEO-optimized articles
  • Integration with Google Search Console and Google Analytics
  • Article performance tracking and analytics

The service operates with an English user interface while generating content in Japanese.

3. Account Registration

To use Yohaku, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Yohaku offers the following subscription plans:

  • Starter — $49/month
  • Pro — $149/month
  • Enterprise — $499/month

All plans include a 7-day free trial for new users.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via email before any price changes apply to their accounts.

5. AI-Generated Content

Yohaku uses artificial intelligence to generate Japanese SEO articles. Please be aware of the following:

  • AI-generated content should always be reviewed by a human before publication. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content.
  • We do not guarantee any specific SEO rankings, search engine positions, or traffic results from using generated articles.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing AI-generated content. You assume full responsibility for any content you publish using our service.
  • Generated content quality may vary depending on input data, keyword difficulty, and market conditions.

TKwriteworks Co., Ltd. accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any content generated through the Yohaku service. This includes, but is not limited to, any errors, inaccuracies, omissions, copyright or trademark infringements, defamation, legal violations, or any damages (direct, indirect, or consequential) arising from the use, publication, or distribution of AI-generated content. You are solely and entirely responsible for all content generated, reviewed, edited, and published using our service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Yohaku to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service
  • Circumvent any usage limits or access controls
  • Resell or redistribute the service without our written consent
  • Use automated systems to access the service beyond normal API usage

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these acceptable use policies.

7. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain full ownership of all articles and content generated through Yohaku using your inputs. You may use, modify, publish, and distribute generated articles for any lawful purpose.

Our Platform: Yohaku, including its design, code, AI models, prompt templates, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of TKwriteworks Co., Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TKwriteworks Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, during which you may request an export. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tokyo, Japan.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
